#1 He is the reason I appreciate life

I was having a rough end to 2008. My trading was sucking wind, and then just to really keep me grounded, my best friend and my dad died within a few weeks of one another. At the very end of 2008, Danny was diagnosed with "Minimal Change Disease" which is a problem in the kidneys, and as a result he had to spend a week in the hospital. Watching the nurses stab him over and over in order to get blood (and missing the first 6 or 7 times) was bad enough, but afterwards, he was put on steroids for a few months, and it was the absolute worst time of my life. I would always beg Danny to let the "old Danny" come back, because in the beginning ther steroids made him someone I knew he wasn't. The old Danny is back, and I couldn't be happier. No matter what else happens in my life, be it morons suing me or trying to have me arrested or slandering me to anyone that will listen. Whether I'm broke, fat, smelly, or ugly (actually it's all of the above), Danny is the reason that I appreciate my life and never take it for granted.

#2 He's a great big brother!

Despite the occasional throwing into a wall or pulling by the hair, Danny is an awesome big brother to Josh and Ryan. He loves to hug and kiss them and of course play with them.

#3 He always wants to try new things

I love how Danny is never afraid to try new things. His fearlessness is an inspiration to me. Here he is playing Beatles Rock band at Aunt Cheryl's during Christmas 2009

#4 The way he tells me he loves me too

Whenever I tell Danny "I love you" he always says back to me no matter where he is when he hears it "I love you too!". I then ask back "You do?" and he always says "YES!". It's always the highlight of my day.

#5 He loves his cousins

Danny loves Tori, Livi and Chloe. He lights up when he sees them, and never wants them to leave, or he never wants to leave when he is with them.

#6 He's a camera hog!

Danny loves smiling for the camera. Whenever you want to take his picture, he obliges.
